Valkyrie
Valkyrie was one of the first six people to join Phoenix Swords. In fact, at a meeting with another troupe she said "Wherever you are going, I want in." This steadfast attitude led to her promotion to Assistant Manager within the first year. It also means that she is active with ALL aspects of the troupe -fire, stage, sword etc. She was one of the "early adopters" of shortsword and buckler and wrote a piece of choreography. This was later shown to Doctor Jeffrey Forgeng as a performance-adapted part of his historical work on that weapons form. She is often the on-site contact for Phoenix and is second in command. She continues to learn, grow and make us value her more every year.
